We provide the website hosting for all our website design, e-mail account and broadcast e-mail clients.

Only the websites we design are hosted on our servers. We don’t allow anybody else to host a website on them, which means we know who is using them and that they are not being used for unscrupulous purposes!

If you know absolutely nothing about website hosting, then our website hosting packages will remove any worries you might have. Just leave it to us and we’ll take care of it for you.

What’s included in a website hosting package?

Mind’s Eye Design include all the services that you will need to maintain and monitor your hosting account.

The basics are:

• E-mail accounts so you create and remove e-mail accounts whenever you like.
• Webmail facilities enabling you to read your e-mail on any computer connected to the internet.
• Visitor statistics which allow you to monitor your website visitors etc.

There are a whole host of others depending on the package your website needs. We haven’t listed them here because they are not something to make the average website owner drool over! Needless to say, whatever your website needs, we can provide it.

Back-up and support

All our website design clients have access to support via landline, mobile phone and e-mail so if a problem should arise, we can be contacted almost anywhere.

We also have a very dedicated team of server support staff who are available 24hrs a day, every day! Any issues that develop are usually corrected within 10 – 30 minutes of being reported. This level of support is unusual and many hosting support centres take up to 24hrs to reply!
